The Quincy

We recently moved into The Quincy - this has been a 'want' for quite a while and we're glad we're calling this a home, finally. The views are absolutely stunning. Our move in was good - the freight elevator was NOT working and it's been broken for a while now. It was such a pain to use the regular elevators and share them with the residents, causing them trouble too. There's also quite a bit of noise from the constructing across the street - more than we expected, but that's okay. Our leasing agent, Alex, was absolutely amazing. Professional and super friendly. 10/10 for Alex!

Wanted to give a shout out to the Quincy team! I've lived at The Quincy for the past few months now and it's been a wonderful experience so far. Monica, Jonathan, Alex & Cedric have been amazing and has made our living experience great! Love the location as we can walk to all of the nearby fun bars & restaurants and easy access to the trails and Lake. Yes there is construction but after living in Chicago & Denver, it's what all major cities have and will continue to experience. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new place to live!

Being of the first people to move into the Quincy last year, I will say to avoid it altogether because of its location on Rainey St. The amount of construction going on 360 to where this building is will not allow you to enjoy your experience. I’ve attached videos of the noise that occurred everyday from last Nov onwards, while working from home that made living and sleeping in miserable. While a large amount of this noise was related to the construction within The Quincy due to the new grocery store and office space below me on the 12th floor, when you have the largest building in all of Texas being built right across from you (that’s going to be 5 years in the making) with traffic congestion also getting worse, it’s better to look elsewhere. When it’s all said and done, Rainey St will look great as the final product but until then live somewhere else that’s close to Rainey if you desire. Bunch of the people I met couldn’t wait to move out and nearly half have left. I personally never had issues with management (both old and new), except for not being able to get out of my lease early. The construction addendum they add to their lease saves them and please review that closely. On top of that, tour The Quincy during different days when construction is ongoing so you know what you’re getting into.

Incredible leasing experience! Thank you to Alex H. for taking extra special care of my mom and I during our weekend visit to tour the property. We only had a single day in Austin to find (and sign a lease) for an apartment, and Alex saved the day with his attention, enthusiasm to help, and care! Looking forward to an amazing move!

I resided at The Quincy for over six months, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The Quincy is ideally situated within walking, biking, or scooter-riding distance of grocery stores, retail shops, restaurants, and Austin's lively nightlife. Its convenient access to highways I-35 and MoPac further enhances its appeal. What makes The Quincy stand out is its diverse community, attracting individuals from all across the United States, spanning from California to New York. The residents are exceptionally welcoming, and it's effortless to connect and make friends through The Quincy's resident events. The maintenance team consistently addressed my work orders promptly and professionally. As a dog owner myself, I appreciated The Quincy's dog-friendly environment. It's a joy to encounter dogs of all sizes, and the indoor dog park and dog wash facilities were a definite bonus. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend The Quincy as an excellent place to live for those who are relocating to Austin and looking to dive into the exciting Downtown Austin scene. Updated 10/3/23: The Quincy 24/7 concierge service consistently exceeds my expectations. Their dedication and willingness to assist residents make this community stand out, and I feel incredibly fortunate to call it my home.They consistently go above and beyond to assist residents, and I've had two particularly remarkable experiences that highlight their dedication. Cedric stepped in and managed to locate a misdelivered package. His quick thinking and resourcefulness truly saved the day. Quentin went the extra mile by coming all the way up to the garage to check if I needed any assistance when I was moving bulky items from my car. Moments like these make me truly appreciate the privilege of living at The Quincy!
